Billing History

What does my Billing History include?

The Billing History section displays all charges made to your credit card, including your initial charge and account balance refills. If you are an invoice customer, contact your account representative for billing information.

How do I change my billing information?

If you pay by credit card, you can change your credit card information on the Manage Account page under the Accounts menu. If you are an invoice customer, contact your account representative for billing information.

Why was I billed more than once this month?

You will be charged whenever your account balance falls below the minimum balance threshold, which is equal to three times your daily budget across all your campaigns. The refill amount you previously selected will be charged unless you have turned OFF all of your ads. In order to be charged less frequently, increase your refill amount.

To do this, go to the Refill Amount dropdown on the Manage Account page.
